ARJUN, OCTOBER 2019

I really enjoyed playing with different coaches and players, loved playing on the clay courts! Views from accommodation are great, good to be able to access different areas of the resort through the shuttle buses."

TILLMANN, OCTOBER 2019

"Accommodation really good, great views and short walks to breakfast and shuttle bus. The tennis academy is really good with the coaching sessions being very high intensity!"

TOM, NOVEMBER 2019

"Scuba diving was great fun, apart from my ears hurting, but I would do it again! The resort is nice, the food is good, tennis is good and the apartment is massive."

DAVID, NOVEMBER 2019

"My 15 year old lad had a fantastic weekly La Manga Club with Active Sport and Sutton United. He says the coaching was excellent, the facilities were first-class and there were plenty of additional activities to keep him amused. He really enjoyed his first experience of scuba diving! Highly recommended!

'I am really enjoying it so far, however it is hard work, especially when it was pre-season training and the temperature was 30+ degrees!

At the moment the team has had a mediocre start to the fall season because many of the starting players graduated last year, so we're still trying to establish a formation that works for us. I've been trainman full-time with the first team but been playing regularly with the second team.'

Growing up as a successful junior tennis player in the UK and the realization that turning professional on the Men’s tour was out of reach. I decided to go to college in the USA. I attended Cowley College in Kansas, for two years and then two years at Oral Roberts University in Oklahoma.

Scholarship's are a great way to excel in your academics while playing the sport you love. The recourses at your disposable are second to none. Once you sign for a school they will treat you like you are a professional athlete. At least in my experience they will help you excel in your academics by providing free tutoring and providing resources.

College sports for any athlete is something I highly recommend for any athlete. Four years earning a degree and competing with a team of people that will become like a second family to you, is one of the greatest experiences any athlete can experience!

'Going to the U.S. on a scholarship was definitely one of the best decisons of my life! There really are so many highlights, moving to another country and playing the sport you love, that alone is amazing but especially in such a place like the U.S.

There is so much to do, so many places to see and so many I different cultures.I'd recommend it to any player back in England who is serious about their game and wants to challenge themsleves both on a sporting and personal level.'

'Going to the USA was the best decision I could have made! It was an incredible experience to be able to combine high level soccer and earn a degree at the same time. The friendships yo make with people from all over the world is something you will never forget. To top it off, in my second year we made the NCAA DII tourmanet which was he best feeling! I would certainly recommend any soccer enthusiast coming out of secondary school to go to America and experience this. It's a one in a life experience that will change your life forever!

'Going to the U.S on a scholarship was a great combination of me being able to continue playing soccer at a high level as well as obtaining a degree!

From a young age I was playing for academies but at the age of 18 I wasn't offered a professional deal, so this was a great way for me to experience a different option.'
